Revecka started out her career in the Fashion industry at the age of 17 when she began her studies at The Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising. She holds a double major and double minor in Fashion Merchandise Marketing, Business Administration, Marketing, and Retail Management. Giving her the unique skill set of not only having a vast understanding of the fashion industry, but Marketing and business as a whole.


Revecka has spent most of her career helping businesses develop a sound operational structure, as well as a strong brand identity. Revecka has developed a unique skill set of creative direction, branding development, business management, and information analysis. From this, she is able to help brands thrive and grow.


At DIVISA, Revecka oversees all of the company’s creative operations, including brand development, e-commerce design, social media and the photography studio. Her role is a combination of innovation, inspiration, strategy and creative solutions, and helping DIVISA’s clients lead and succeed in the digital age.




Dieter Hsiao is a seasoned serial entrepreneur, brand strategist, keynote speaker, search engine marketing and digital analytics expert with a knack for helping businesses and leading brands establish, capture, and deliver value from their digital consumer experiences.


For over 20 years, Dieter has successfully developed and executed strategic planning, online consumer behavior analysis, digital analytics, e-commerce strategy and digital marketing initiatives for a wide variety of clients, from local startups, mid-sized companies, large corporations, high-profile individuals to world’s largest brands. His work has been cited and featured in various publications, including: Inc, Forbes, Entrepreneur, Yahoo, Food Network, Digital Journal, LinkedIn, and more. 


Leveraging his extensive knowledge and experience in the digital marketing industry, in 2011 he co-founded and joined as CTO of MezzoLogic (CEO since December 2014), one of the fastest-growing and most successful web development, search engine and digital marketing agencies in the nation.


At DIVISA, his role is to lead strategic partnership, digital strategy, data analytics and marketing technology areas.



Joanne manages DIVISA’s Finance & Accounting department with all financial aspects of the business including Invoice to cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Fixed Asset and Payroll. She is responsible for financial cycles, creating forecasting models, analyzing company performance and risks as well as drives the company’s financial strategy and planning. Additionally, she oversees the project management team and works closely with all other departments to ensure all clients’ project deadlines are met and remain within the plan.


Joanne started the career in public accounting and is a California licensed CPA. She has extensive experience in Corporate Finance and Accounting for Fashion and Media & Entertainment companies, such as Forever 21, Warner Bros. Entertainment and DreamWorks Animation.



As a top influencer herself, Cherokee has been responsible for a number of successful social marketing campaigns. Gaining just under 1 million followers and 22 million YouTube views for her own personal brand, The Cherry Dollface, has allowed her to gain unique insights into solid social marketing strategies for brands who are looking to increase their social reach.


She is an expert in project management, event coordination, and grassroots brand development. As an influencer, Cherokee has worked for brands such as L’Oreal, Benefit Cosmetics, Glam Glow, and Macy’s. She has also worked on campaigns for Ford, Subaru, Taco Bell, and Heineken.
