Job Description

DIVISA is looking to hire a full-time Branch Operations Manager in Toronto, Canada, to be in charge of the our Toronto branch’s day-to-day operations, improve processes and procedures, and enforce them across the organization.
 

Responsibilities

  • Assume control and responsibility over all company operations and make sure processes are followed
  • Identify inefficiencies and systemize company processes and procedures
  • Manage client, recruiting, and operations processes, as well as other projects
  • Hold and lead effective and productive company and client meetings
  • Manage 3rd party vendors, talents and contractors to assist with strategy and execution of projects as needed
  • Manage web and mobile app projects making and ensure all element is executed to the highest level of quality – on time and on budget

 

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with a proven track record as an Operations Manager or in an equivalent role, preferably for a creative, digital marketing or advertising agency
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
  • Must be polished, professional, friendly, and have the ability to multitask and take initiative in a fast-paced, high pressure, deadline driven environment
  • Strong project management and leadership skills
  • Ability to keep deadlines and meet milestones and manage necessary resources
  • Superb communication (verbal and written ) and people skills
  • Undeniable problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships and manage up
  • Strong general digital marketing knowledge (websites, social media, digital advertising, content development, email)
  • High organizational capacity and ability to manage client expectations
  • Demonstrated capacity to work independently
  • Strong attention to details
  • Can-do, positive attitude and team orientation
